Mickleover Golf Club

Perhaps not the longest course in the district, measuring little over 5700 yards from the tee on the first hole to the pin on the eighteenth, the course at Mickleover Golf Club should not be underestimated as a result. It is laid out on undulating parkland, that is particularly severe in places, so accuracy from the pin, as well as good knowledge of you irons, is at an absolute premium here.

It is also in a convenient and easy to reach location, situated as it is just three miles west of Derby town centre. It first opened its doors to golfers in 1923 and has built up a steady and committed membership since then.
