Designed by Hawtree, a leading golf course architect who has lent his Midas touch to courses all over the country, Erewash Valley Golf Club's course is a fine example of what can be achieved with good imagination, good ideas and a superb location. Its eighteen holes sprawl over 6557 yards from the tee on the first hole to the pin on the eighteenth, and along the way you will encounter some testing hazards and tricky fairways. The greens are quite troublesome and run fast and true also, so best to make friends with your putter on the practice putting green before you take it on.

The course is kept in immaculate condition throughout the year by the dedicated team of greenkeepers here at the club.
