Deceptively concealed within the mountainous Pennine area, Chapel-en-le-Frith is actually a parkland course encased within beautiful countryside. In recent years, the front-nine underwent a complete revamp which saw three new holes added on the edge of Combs reservoir, boosting the overall yardage of the course and increasing the difficulty of keeping your scorecard low.

The fifth hole in particular is hugely demanding. To play it safe, aim to drive the dog leg. and three wood your way onto the green, and if you are feeling brave enough, a successful - albeit risky - drive over field will cut out the dog leg, leaving you with a simple eight or nine iron to take you close to the pin.
