Set upon undulating heathland, it was been favourably compared by many visitors to Glenagles and is affectionately referred to by local golf enthusiasts as the "Jewel of Cumbria". The recently enlarged and refurbished clubhouse provides excellent service and facilities, catering for both members and guests alike.
