Opened on the grounds of Reaseheath College in 1987, the Reaceheath golf course began life as a project for greenkeeping and golf course management studies students, before prospering and flourishing into the vibrant and popular course it is today. It has grown substantially since it was founded with over 600 members nowadays and active ladies and juniors sections. It also even participates in the North Staffordshire & District League.

The clubhouse can be found at George England Pavilion, named after the club's first captain and an active member of the college's sporting fraternity. Although there is no bar and limited catering facilities, there is a function suite that is more than adequate for most golf societies needs.
