Prenton Golf Club is in for an exciting 12 months next year as it celebrates its centenary. The club, founded in 1905, is amongst the oldest in Cheshire and has been planning the event for over seven years so visitors there will be in for a treat. Not that you wouldn't already be, that is, as the course itself is one of the finest in the North West of England, and possesses fine views over towards the Welsh Hills in the distance which provide an interesting backdrop on the horizon on sunnier days.
