Hoylake (Municipal) Golf Club

The municipal course at Hoylake is one of the most popular in Cheshire, as it is very well-maintained, belying its public course reputation. It is mostly flat which will please and appeal to casual, leisure golfers, but be warned that it is no stroll in the park. Strong winds blow across this semi-links course, making play more difficult than you would at first expect. Confident, accurate and well-thought out shots will score higher than blast-and-hope efforts.

The fairways are quick tricky too and the greens are well-guarded giving a course that will be a good challenge and measure of ability for all golfers. And at £11 per round, concessions for Juniors and OAP's it represents fantastic value for money also.
