Ashton-on-Mersey Golf Club

The nine-hole course at Ashton-on-Mersey, it may surprise you to know, is quite long, measuring 6146 yards taken as an eighteen-hole round. For this, it offers a par of 71, no great surprise really, when you take into account the many severe challenges the course poses. Some of the holes are very tricky and chances are you will find all your shot making abilities tested to the full here. Accuracy from the tee will stand you in good stead to score well.

The course runs alongside the River Mersey which adds an extra element of scenery for you to enjoy as you plot your way around the course, on top of the fantastic Cheshire countryside.
