Ivinghoe, a family run business, is a pretty golf course that set in the famous Ivinghoe Beacon. It is a gently rolling parkland course and has more than its fair share of surprises, most notably at the par threes, where invention is a more worthwhile asset than straightforward brute strength.

Almost every hole is memorable and, aside from the views of the local countryside and beyond, there are plenty of trees and ponds to make sure you keep your wits about you. Wonderful and well worth the money.
